TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ordo Daily ("the Service"), operated by Ordo Daily ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate. The Service is not directed at children.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account. Tell us immediately at ordodailyco@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We require email verification for new accounts.
3. What Ordo Daily Is
Ordo Daily is a personal productivity and self-tracking tool. It includes daily orders and tasks, an auto-scheduling calendar, sectors, goals, habits, focus sessions, wins, a private journal with optional photo uploads, an optional leaderboard, and The Vault content library. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
The core app is free. Ordo Pro unlocks The Vault and future Pro features. Pricing at the time of writing: $4.99 USD per month, or the Founder plan at $50 USD per 12 months (limited number of seats).
Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, self-serve, from Command → Manage, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before the change applies to your renewal.
5. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: refundable within 7 days of the first purchase if no Pro features (including any Vault unlock) have been used. Founder (annual) purchases: refundable within 14 days of purchase. Renewals are not refundable after the renewal date, except where local consumer law requires otherwise. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or our systems without authorisation; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate access to the Service; (d) harass, threaten, or harm others; (e) upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, malicious, or infringes someone else's rights; (f) resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service or Vault content; (g) interfere with or overload the Service, or circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls.
7. Your Content
Content you create — tasks, sectors, goals, habits, journal entries, uploaded images, notes, wins — remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not sell your content, publish it, or use it to train AI models.
8. Optional Ordo AI Journal Access
Ordo AI journal access is strictly opt-in and off by default. If you turn it on, relevant journal content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate reflections and insights. AI output can be inaccurate and must not be treated as professional advice. You can switch this off at any time in the Journal settings.
9. The Vault — Licence and Restrictions
Vault manuals are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, for as long as your access lasts. They are streaming-only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, publish, share your access, or create derivative works from them. Vault content is educational only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, nutritional, or mental health advice. Results are not guaranteed and no earnings claims are made or implied.
10. Not Professional Advice
Ordo Daily is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, mental health, nutritional, fitness, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult an appropriate professional before acting on anything in the app. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or a crisis service — in the US you can call or text 988.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, branding, and Vault content, is owned by Ordo Daily or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Command → Your Data & Rights. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated data and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. Deleted data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (for example, billing records).
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDO DAILY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Ordo Daily against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Massachusetts under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive participation in class actions — except where this is prohibited by the law that applies to you, and except for small claims. Consumers in the EU/UK keep their mandatory local rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify users by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
